Tubes & Panels

Tube panels are fabricated using premium grade raw materials in carbon steel or alloy steel as per the customers' requirement. Layers of tube panels involving multi radius  bends, overlapping each other to be accommodated in lesser space for ultimate efficiency.

Compact size and leak proof assembly. Widely used in water tube and waste heat recovery boilers, tube panels can be  customized as per the specifications and drawings of customers. Smelting units, power stations and sugar plants are the common buyers of this product. IBR & 3rd PARTY inspection undertaken.

Fabricated in seamless carbon steel and ERW materials as per the customer's drawings and specifications. Fabrication of tubes in short radius and over-lapping position is our speciality.

Special care is taken for thinning and ovality at short radius bends. BR & 3rd party inspection undertaken. With heavy stocks of raw material, short delivery is offered.

Used in fluidized bed and soda ash boilers, these studded tubes are fabricated using capacitor discharge technology for studding. Studded tubes help to improve heat transfer and minimize erosion due to ash and direct impeachment of coal in boilers.

Proper contact between the tubes and the stud is ensured. Carbon steel or stainless steel studs are used depending upon the service conditions of the boilers. BR & 3rd Party inspection undertaken.

Finned tubes are manufactured by using high grade raw materials of tubes and fins. These are manufactured in double fins or circular fin design.

We ensure proper contact between tubes and fins for better contact and ultimate effeciency. Fabrication is undertaken as per customer's drawings and specifications.

Finned tubes are fabricated using:

• Square fins
• Circular fins
• Horizontal fins

IBR & Third party inspection undertaken.

We manufacture and provide Gilled Tubes. Types of Gilled Tubes offered by us includes:

• M S Gilled Tubes
• C I Gilled Tubes

MS Gilled Tubes are used in fabrication of Economisers for heat recovery. Circular and Square type fins are run-welded with carbon steel or alloy steel tubes. Special care is taken for proper contact of fins with tubes for efficient heat transfer. Tailor made or customerised elements/economisers are supplied. BR/3rd party inspection is under taken.
