Tube Economizers

We provide cast iron gilled tube economizers. Our cast iron gilled tube economisers are fabricated using graded cast iron fins, duly shrunk fitted on seamless carbon steel and alloy steel tubes. These are manufactured under the direction of qualified engineers to ensure only quality product with no air-gap between the tubes and the gills. These economizers have the following features:

• High optimum effeciency due to proper contact of gills with tubes.
• Commonly used in plants where intoxicated flue gas is generated due to the quality of fuel burnt.  
• Used commonly in process industries, chemical plants and waste heat boilers.
• IBR & 3rd party inspection undertaken.

We manufacture and export mild steel square and round gilled tube economizers. These are fabricated with M.S Square and round fins, duly seal - welded on carbon steel seamless tubes. These mild steel square and round gilled tube economizers are commonly used in small industries like sugar mills or rice mills. These have the following features:

• While fabricating, under direct supervision of qualified and experienced engineers, proper contact between the tubes and fins are ensured for optimum effeciency.'
• Fabricated as per customer drawing/specifications or tailor made as per the data provided by the buyer.
• IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken

Our coiled-tube type economisers are mostly used in Thermal Power Plants and large processing units. These are very effecient in recovering the heat from gases and occupy very little space as compared to gilled tube type economisers. These coiled-tube type economisers are fabricated out of carbon steel seamless and ERW tubes as per customers' drg. or specifications or tailor made as per the requirement of the party on the basis of boiler and flue gas data provided. Fabricated under the direct supervision of qualified and experienced engineers. IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken.

Manufactured with square or round shaped fins duly seal-welded on carbon steel seamless tubes, these finned tube economizers are used where there is a paucity of space.
Fabricated under direct supervision of qualified and experienced engineers, these finned tube economisers are fabricated ensuring proper contact betweeen the fins and the tubes.  No gap is allowed for air between the tube and the fin and best possible heat transfer factor is ensured. Features of finned tube economizers are:

• These are fabricated as per the customer's drawings and specifications or tailor made based on the data of boilers and gases provided by the buyers.

We manufacture and provide tube economisers also known as horizontal finned tube economizers. Carbon steel seamless tubes are duly seal-welded with horizontal fins to make a complete assembly of economiser for heat transfer. This type of economiser is mainly used by Thermal Power Plants or Captive Power Plants. These have the following features:

• While fabricating special care is taken for proper contact of fins with tubes for perfect heat transfer.
• Tailer-made Economizers and elements are  supplied.
• IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken.
