Boiler Coils

We manufacture and export super heater coils. These are fabricated out of carbon steel and alloy steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. These super heater coils are used in primary or secondary stages of super heaters of Thermal Power Plants or Captive Power Plants. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication. Customised or tailor made coils are offered. IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken.

Fabricated out of carbon steel ERW and seamless and alloy steel tubes, these spiral coils are used in oil fired boilers or thermic fluid heaters.  Single, double or triple spiral coils with pan-cakes are fabricated as per customers drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning during fabrication.

We manufacture and provide bed evaporator coils, fabricated out of carbon steel or alloy steel seamless tubes, duly stud welded with MS/SS studs. Our bed evaporator coils are used in FBC type of boilers. These have the following features:

• Tubes are Studded with capacitor discharge technology for better results.
• Tailor made or customerised products are fabricated.
• 3rd party or IBR inspection undertaken.
